Responsibilities Include:
- Full-cycle recruitment for direct hire, temp-to-hire and temporary placements
- Screen / interview candidates and assess candidacy for various client needs
- Identify new clients and develop and foster strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with team on various business development and recruiting initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the team on broad range of openings
- Write and post advertisements and other online marketing content
Qualifications Include:
- 1 year of experience recruiting, project management, or related experience.
- Staffing agency and/or business development experience a plus
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment
- Superior professional judgement and entrepreneurial mindset
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
