What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Litigation Counsel position at The Ford Agency?
The Ford Agency has partnered with a successful legal and policy team in the search for an experienced Litigation Attorney for their Washington, D.C. office. This role will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most impactful attorneys in D.C. and contribute to meaningful efforts to drive regulatory progress.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as regulatory advisor and litigation counsel
- Collaborate with other counsel on litigation strategies
- Draft briefs and advocacy focused content for various platforms
- Conduct in-depth case and regulatory research for cases
Qualifications Include:
- 4 years litigation experience
- J.D. degree and active bar membership in any US jurisdiction
- Federal clerkship preferred
- Exceptional research and writing skills with experience writing briefs
- Experience with regulatory laws affecting federal agencies and constitutional law
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
