Calling all Maintenance Technicians!

As a Maintenance Technician II, and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by performing basic maintenance in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical. Additionally, you will assist with ensuring community grounds are kept to meet quality standards as well as handle emergency service calls on a rotational basis.
What we're looking for in our next Team Member....
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial setting.
- Unrestricted Driver’s License is required and HVAC Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
- Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Must have the ability to use hand and power tools.
- Must be able to work from heights that require ladders or scaffolds when necessary.
