We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience mixing dough and making bread. The Baker will be responsible for preparing baked goods, including pizza dough, bread dough and foccacia. **Responsibilities:**
- Dough mixing and measuring
- Prepare and bake bread
- Work effectively in a team environment, maintaining open communication and a positive attitude
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of different types of doughs
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and innovative baked goods and menu items
**Qualifications:**
- Experience as a Baker or in a related role, preferably in a restaurant environment
- Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy trays and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation
