Job Summary
The Operations Specialist II – Wealth will provide support to Investment Officers and Client Support Teams in the daily administration and management of our advisory accounts. The Operations Specialist-Wealth should have the skills and knowledge to support these types of accounts. The Operations Specialist II – Wealth also needs to be self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under a time sensitive delivery schedule, goal-oriented, detailed, and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions

- Account Opening : review and process new / existing client account paperwork with Fidelity.
- Account Maintenance : ensure all client records are updated accurately and timely.
- Account Funding : assists in the transferring and re-registering of securities for new accounts.
- Assists in the termination of accounts.
- Processes account deposits and disbursements.
- Maintain internal controls and meet audit and regulatory requirements.
- Perform general administrative duties such as mailing, correspondence and maintaining customer records in our CRM and document storage platforms.
- Assist Operations Manager with special projects, as needed.
- Back up trading functions and support Senior Trade Specialist
- Assist with monthly fee calculations, processing, and validation across multiple platforms
- Work with other areas of Operations within the Forge Companies to provide back-up or assistance when needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
