Customer Representative - Indianapolis International Airport

Position Overview:

The Forrest Group is seeking dedicated and motivated Customer Experience Representatives to join our team at Hertz. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and assisting with reservations and vehicle returns. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Available Schedules:

• Sunday through Thursday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Thursday through Monday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle rentals, returns, and reservations.
• Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
• Ensure smooth vehicle handoff and seamless transitions for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
• Follow Hertz policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
• Assist with paperwork, invoicing, and processing customer payments.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the rental car industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use rental software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation.
