Estimator
Access Anvil Corp., located in Greenwich, NY, offers perimeter security installation services to the commercial, industrial, governmental, federal, municipal and private sectors. We are currently looking for an Estimator who is a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Our Estimator provides accurate project estimates and information about our products and services to prospective customers while interfacing with our installation team. Responsibilities for our Estimator/Sales Associate:
- Identify projects with perimeter security needs using lead generation software.
- Respond to customer requests for quotes expeditiously
- Determine project specifications through careful review of project plans and site visits if necessary.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations for perimeter security and access control projects.
- Follow up on all quotations submitted to determine project award status, providing additional information or adjusting quote as needed to get the project.
- Manage all project submittals and approvals as required by the project.
Qualifications for our Estimator/Sales Associate:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple project quotations simultaneously and to approach work with a sense of urgency.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two years technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- A construction background preferred.
- Estimating experience helpful, including estimating from project plans and specifications.
