Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities, contributing to a positive environment for both staff and customers.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and Chiller systems.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Conduct residential painting to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Supervise maintenance projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Operate and maintain logic controllers for automated systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in building maintenance.
- Familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment is preferred.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively.
- Strong supervisory skills are a plus for overseeing projects or team members.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with staff and clients.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
