Labor Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Duties

• Assist in the construction and maintenance of structures by performing tasks such as plumb, masonry, and fabrication.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed for various projects.
• Utilize hand tools effectively to complete tasks related to hardscape and other construction activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Conduct construction inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with team members to build and finish projects according to timelines and specifications.
• Participate in construction painting tasks as required, ensuring high-quality finishes.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and heavy equipment operation.
• Knowledge of masonry techniques and hardscape installation.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution.
• Experience with construction inspection processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various construction tasks.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
