THE FORUM is recruiting for a hospitality focused RN to join our team! The Charge Nurse is an RN who is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on the assigned shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.

Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
Administers direct care as necessary.
Gives and receives shift reports.
Rounds twice a shift to assure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in resident’s condition.
Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
All R.N. nurses must be able to apply for their license such as starting IV and/or give IV antibiotics.
Use Electronic Medical Records, (EMR) to administrator medications, take orders from doctors and put orders on EMR.
Responds to all medical reports including the pharmacy reports, lab reports and keeps Medication carts clean.
Admit residents and prepare necessary assessments.
Discharge residents and prepare necessary papers for discharge.
Attending Care Conferences.
- Current RN license valid in state of CA
- At least 6 months nursing experience in long term care setting preferred. Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
Salary : $49 - $65
