Responsibilities
- Sales & Networking: Proactively secure clients for private events, parties, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations. Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and individuals to drive venue bookings.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of The Forum Complex.
- Creative Promotions: Develop innovative strategies to maximize venue occupancy and increase revenue while showcasing our unique features.
- Event Customization: Tailor event packages to client needs, emphasizing the versatility and sophistication of our entertainment spaces.
- Brand Representation: Represent the venue at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to build awareness and attract clients.
- Client Success: Ensure seamless event execution by coordinating with clients and internal teams, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the event lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Proven success in sales or business development, particularly in the hospitality or event industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth event planning and execution.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage client relationships.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles and their application in team dynamics and sales processes.
- Knowledge of local market trends and connections with businesses, organizations, and event planners in Chandler or surrounding areas.
