Are you a strategic, hands-on accounting leader looking for your next big opportunity? Our client, a well-established and steadily growing construction company in Salem, Oregon, is looking for an Accounting Manager / Controller to lead their accounting team and help drive their continued success.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a strong team of six accounting professionals
- Oversee and manage financial operations across six business entities
- Implement and improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controls
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Provide coaching, goal-setting, and performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- 2–3 years in a management or leadership role
- Experience overseeing finances for multiple entities
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- A hands-on leader who thrives on team development and process improvements
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel
- Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred—but strong experience can speak louder than a diploma!
