Foth Infrastructure Solutions is currently seeking a team-focused and results-oriented Survey Technician Intern to join our Geospatial Services team. This is a hands-on learning experience conducting traditional survey activities as well as assisting with the use of leading-edge geospatial technology. Primary Responsibilities
- Conducting impactful technical activities for municipal and transportation projects, to potentially include:
- Utilizing digital level to set high accuracy elevations on project control and benchmarks
- Operating traditional land surveying tools (GPS/Total Stations) to complete topographic mapping surveys
- Providing field support for construction staking, topography mapping, 3D scanning, and sUAS(Drone) operations
- Completing property research for land surveying activities
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field at an accredited technical college or university
