What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfort with technology and smart devices
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Ability to travel as needed
• Strong physical capability (lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Load materials, tools, and equipment for each job
• Install foundation, crawlspace, and concrete solutions using our trained, high-quality methods
• Keep your truck clean and organized at the end of each day
• Deliver outstanding service and a great experience to every customer

We’re based in New Albany, IN, and all team members report to our office daily.

Pay: $17 - $25 per hour, with earning potential between $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
