TFS-The Foundation Specialists, the regional leader in foundation, crawlspace, & concrete repair, is looking for an Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

We provide you with qualified, high-quality, warm leads. The customer has already called us & invited us into their home.
What You Would Do
- Drive to potential customers homes & conduct pre-set appointments
- Meet or exceeds sales goals
- Conduct inspections & write proposals for each customer which includes photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing list, & job worksheets
- Provide follow-up to customers by phone & re-visit the customer as needed
What We Need
- 1 years of Outside Sales or In Home Consultant experience is preferred
- 1 years in the residential, home inspection, or improvement industries is preferred
- Construction knowledge is preferred, but not required
- Able & comfortable with entering a crawlspace underneath a home
- Strong listening, closing, & follow-up skills
- A valid drivers license & a safe driving record
- Proficient computer skills with tech & smart device know how
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
