Title : Administration Coordinator
Pay : $33 / hr
Location : Tarzana, CA (100% onsite)
Contract : 1 Year (Potential for FTE conversion based on performance)
Interviews : 1 Phone Screen, 1 Onsite
Overview :
The Administration Coordinator will provide high-level support to the VP of Manufacturing & Facilities, managing office operations and vendor coordination for the Tarzana site while also supporting Santa Monica locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and highly organized, with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for the Tarzana site, acting as a backup for Santa Monica locations.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate internal / external meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements (domestic & international) and expense reporting.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor scheduling (security, pest control, health & safety).
- Support administrative staff with events and activities.
- Maintain SharePoint sites and create documents using Microsoft Office tools.
- Lead and manage special projects as assigned.
