Client Services Associate
- Onsite role in Columbus, OH 43219
Pay Rate: $22-23 per hour W2
Duration: temp to perm role; 9 months
Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week 8:30-5:30
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables. Review and fulfill document requests, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate information on products and services
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate smooth transactions
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication skills, data entry, comfortable with Microsoft Office
- If no degree – 4 years of related experience
