What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst / Tableau Developer position at The Fountain Group?
PAY : $50-70 w2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.
Hybrid role must be onsite in South San Francisco, CA 3x / week.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement a robust data strategy and architecture
- Partner with IT and other subject matter experts to develop foundational, robust, high quality, integrated data sets and metrics / KPIs to be used for visualization and advanced analytics
- Bridge business needs with technical development by supporting the development of the metrics / KPI hierarchy throughout Research and compiling a data directory of various databases
- Understand user requirements, underlying business processes, and source data to perform any required analysis and create powerful user-friendly reports
- Build and improve automated and ad hoc data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc.) to enable businesses to use data to maximize their value
- When relevant, collaborate with and / or lead a limited number of prioritized initiatives that align with and support Research’s organizational goals
