The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm seeking an experienced Financial Services Specialist for a prominent client. The role involves ensuring timely payment processing in accordance with corporate norms, trainings, and supporting the Cash Service team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily payment postings within automated systems, correlating them with ERP (SAP system) postings related to Accounts Receivable, including discounts, deductions, and chargebacks.
- Investigate and report payment exceptions in automated systems, ensuring SAP posting accuracy and corrections as needed.
- Provide proactive information on risks and support mitigation action items.
- Support reconciliation and inquiry, offering AR-related advice and/or problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Seasoned candidates with SAP experience, A/R recon experience, and large consumer product-type industries exposure.
- A/R experience in managing large volume payment processing, remittances, deductions, discounts, and similar.
- Bachelor's degree required.
