HCP System Implementation & Administrator
Pay: $75-80/HR

This person can work onsite in Cambridge, Hybrid, or fully remote.

What We are looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated contract employee to oversee the implementation of our Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement System and manage the system as the System Administrator once it is implemented. The ideal candidate will have experience in system implementation, project management, and system administration, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Phase:
Project Management:
Lead the implementation of the Global HCP Engagement System
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Compliance, Legal, and the broader business teams, to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Coordinate with the vendor to ensure that all technical and functional requirements are met, and that the system is configured correctly.
Training
Assist in development of training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the new system.
Post-Implementation Phase:
System Administration:
System Maintenance:
Serve as the primary System Administrator for the HCP Engagement System, responsible for ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
Monitor system performance and address any issues or bugs promptly.
User Support:
Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any questions or issues they may have with the system.
Conduct regular training sessions and refresher courses to ensure continued user proficiency.
Enhancements and Improvements
Gather feedback from users to continuously improve system functionality and user experience
Skills:
Proven experience in system implementation and project management.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements.
Proficiency in system administration and data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Familiarity with HCP engagement systems and related software.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
