Title: Epic Beaker CP Project Manager
Pay: $70-75/hr

Contract Length: Through 7/15/2025 with potential to extend
On-site Requirements: Mostly Remote with up to 25% travel
Scope: Average 7 hours per week remote support. Onsite travel at go-live plus on-site go-live support estimated at 24-32 hours.

Position Summary:
- Company’s Diagnostics USO Digital Health Solutions is looking to bring on an Epic Beaker Project Manager to manage the implementation & interfacing of Company’s Preanalytics, Powered by Indexor solution.
- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives pertaining to Beaker application and integrated areas for project and support needs.
- Provides guidance to client application specialists (as needed), including but not limited to lab workflow recommendations, best practices, and technical capabilities.
- Coordinates with clients and peers to enhance system functionality while understanding the possible ramifications to the client's business processes and Information Services.
- Leads projects in one or more aspects of the laboratory information systems lifecycle (product selection, business requirement definition, communication, implementation, issue resolution, production support).
- Additionally works alongside Company DHS project managers to guide efforts, question recommendations, and direct outcomes based on Progress Report criteria and mitigation efforts across Discovery, Validation, Build, Testing, Go-Live, Stabilization and Lessons Learned.
- Assists in development of project plans and schedules. Provides input to supervisors on appropriate mix of personnel and required man-hours to perform various project tasks; balances conflicts among scarce resources for competing projects.
- Develops workplans, estimates tasks, and properly records time tracking for oneself and other team members. Ensures successful completion of assigned projects on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with System standards.
- Must have strong LIS Project Management experience
- Must have strong Epic CP implementation experience
- Knowledge of Company’s Preanalytics, Powered by Indexor solution is a plus
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Beaker and related lab applications and their integration (interface) with and effect on other systems. This includes instruments, automation lines and interfaces.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills required to interact effectively with all client and vendor staff, medical staff, and external contacts (i.e., vendors).
- Epic Beaker CP Certification required
