Job Title: EEDI Learning & Development Specialist
Location: Lake Bluff, IL (Hybrid)
Overview: Our team develops and designs leadership programs with a focus on EEDI (Equity, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion). The position involves approximately 25% of the time spent in meetings to gather requirements and 75% dedicated to content and curriculum development.
Role Overview:
- Emphasis on EEDI experience and practices in the workspace, along with L&D/Training experience
- Prefer candidates with a strong L&D profile and some exposure to EEDI
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to craft learning materials and guides for mentors/mentees, and create conversation guides for various types of learning
- Limited use of LMS
Responsibilities:
