Location : Hybrid (Titusville, NJ) - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Pay : $78.25 / hour
Duration : 12-month contract (with potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance)
Travel : 10% domestic travel
Job Description :
We are seeking a Manager of Medical Writing, Payer, and Health Systems to join our team on a hybrid basis. This role primarily involves medical writing and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide scientific responses to inquiries from clients. The ideal candidate will be a PharmD, MS, or someone with a relevant fellowship, who can analyze and synthesize data to generate scientific responses. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, and payer-regulated environments is highly desirable.
Analyze and interpret medical data to craft scientifically accurate responses to client inquiries.
Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and Legal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Work with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in all medical communications.
Participate in domestic travel as needed (10%).
Function both independently and within a team to achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills :
Education : MS or equivalent in Pharmacy or related science field required. Advanced degree (PharmD or PhD) preferred.
2-4 years of experience in Medical Information is a must.
Payer-regulated experience is highly desirable.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is required.
Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
