Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in Peoria, AZ, 85381. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Salary is up to $140,000 per year
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Position will mainly be responsible providing high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including newborns and up.
• Position will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed.
• Position will also be responsible collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and educating patients and families on preventive care and wellness strategies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) License - Required
• Experience with pediatric patients, including newborns - Required
• Family Practice or Primary Care experience - Required
• Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
