My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a L & D Trainer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Framingham, MA (HYBRID). Details for the position are as follows :
Contract role of 1 year, possible extensions. Pay range is $40-45 / hr. Hybrid – 2 days onsite / week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays).
Job Description :
- Facilitate training on a variety of software solutions within Product Development. (PLM system, Adobe Creative Cloud, OneNote, & SharePoint etc.).
- Design & develop learning and training material such as curriculum outlines, user guides, interactive exercises, presentations, job aids and videos.
- Conduct user training sessions both live in-person and virtually.
- Provides application technical support to resolve issues within the applications the team supports within Product Development.
- Stays abreast of best practices in training to continuously develop methods for renewing / refreshing curriculum.
- Conduct Needs Assessments to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
