Hiring Now: Reimbursement/ Case Manager – Hybrid – Cambridge, MA
We are looking for a Case Manager to join our team on a 5-month contract in Cambridge, MA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
This role focuses on patient advocacy, reimbursement support, and treatment coordination to ensure a seamless healthcare experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluency in Spanish required
- 2-4 years of patient-facing experience in case management, reimbursement, or patient advocacy
- Ability to work 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do:
- Assist patients and families in accessing treatment by coordinating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and pharmacies.
- Conduct benefit investigations, secure insurance approvals, and support financial assistance programs.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and providers on reimbursement processes and available patient support services.
Job Details:
- Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

- Pay Rate: $51.00
