Currently seeking a Research Associate I in Lexington, MA. Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description :
- Pay : $30-37 / hr.
- 12-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Position will mainly be responsible to regularly formulate and characterize lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) loaded with nucleic acids at small to mid-scale using microfluidics, ensuring reproducibility and scalability of the process while maintaining high product quality and consistency.
- Position will be responsible to conduct freeze-drying studies to evaluate the stability of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) formulations, including assessing critical formulation parameters and optimizing freeze-drying cycles for maximum stability and efficacy of the final product.
- Position will also be responsible to communicate findings internally to team via presentations and written reports.
