Details:
- Pay for this position is 62.00 to 72.62 hourly depending on experience.
- This position is a one year contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent.
- Location: West Point, PA
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. degree with 2 years post graduate experience, M.S. degree with 5 years Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry experience, B.S. degree with 7 years of experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry.
Experience required:
- Required: Chromatography (HPLC / UPLC – reverse phase and SEC) or CE (Capillary electrophoresis) experience
- Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge with laboratory techniques such as HPLC/UPLC (including SEC, HIC, IEX, and RP), CE, cIEF, Simple Western
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Analytical method development
- Routine laboratory testing using separation and biochemical methods.
- Data processing, documentation, and reporting
- Reagent preparation
- Instrument maintenance, tracking, monitoring, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Maintaining a safe and clean laboratory
- Document preparation including electronic notebooks.
Salary : $62 - $73
