Pay Range : $20-$30 / hour
Job Description :
- 12-month contract with the possibility of extending or converting to permanent.
- Do you have a passion for high-throughput drug discovery and a knack for organization? This contract position in our Bioassays team offers an exciting opportunity to support the critical function of small molecule compound management in a fast-paced drug discovery environment.
- Process compound requests with accuracy and efficiency using automated workflows, liquid handling tools, and sample management systems, supporting high-throughput screening (HTS) and hit-to-lead efforts.
- Prepare assay-ready compound plates on a set schedule for weekly profiling assays, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate the logistics of compound movement by managing incoming and outgoing shipments to / from contract research organizations (CROs), partners, and collaborators.
- Maintain the integrity of the compound management process by performing quality control procedures on liquid handling equipment and troubleshooting issues under supervision.
- Contribute to a clean and well-maintained workspace by assisting with regular upkeep and ordering of related consumables.
- Additional Responsibilities may include :
Participating in routine liquid handler verification and maintenance activities.
