Customer Service Coordinator - 100% Remote. Details for the position are as follows :
Pay Rate : $21 per hour on W2.
Job Description :
In this position, you will be part of a global team responsible for supporting our international customers before and after the sale of our products and services. You will act as a link between our customers, the international sales and service teams, order / export processing and accounting to clarify status, production, delivery, and invoice inquiries.
Qualifications :
- Associate degree; bachelor degree preferred.
- Experience in working with ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
