Job Summary :
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing to join our procurement team. This role is pivotal in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient sourcing of vendors within our corporate silos, including Sales, HR, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and experience using systems to track RFPs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the sourcing and procurement of vendors for various corporate departments such as Sales, HR, and Marketing.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Oversee the RFP process, including the creation, distribution, and evaluation of RFPs.
- Utilize systems to track and manage RFPs, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and provide strategic sourcing solutions.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
