Supply Chain Analyst – RMA Services
Location: Spring, TX 77389
Pay Rate: $28.53/hour
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the RMA Services Supply Chain Team for our client. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless customer replacement experience by managing global active maintenance contracts, optimizing replacement supply, and assisting with material returns. The analyst will also contribute to customer experience improvements through data monitoring and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate demand/supply management for customer maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with business policies and country regulations while optimizing costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and customer maintenance readiness.
- Support lifecycle planning, order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.
- Develop, track, and manage key business metrics, including service levels and supply chain costs.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Supply chain experience (0-2 years)
Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/xlookup, pivot tables)
Strong critical thinking & organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks & work in ambiguous situations
Effective communication & collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
