The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Upstream Process Scientist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Swiftwater, PA. Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description :
- 100% ONSITE : Primarily 1st shift; must be flexible to work 2nd or 3rd shift as needed
- Function as a member of vaccine development laboratories.
- Execute bioreactor studies for process development and process improvement studies.
- Author protocols and reports.
- Primarily bench-scale lab work with some administrative work.
- Follow company safety procedures and compliances.
- Lead investigations to resolve problems and to identify root causes.
- Will be required to work with glass and stainless steel reactors and be comfortable with manual labor.
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques is a must, familiarity with bioreactors is a plus.
- Meet project requirements and timelines.
- 90% in the lab - sampling, harvesting, and analyzing.
Qualifications :
Compensation : BID RATE (no more than $82 per hour)
Salary : $82
