Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are complete and presented beautifully before serving to guests.
- Assist servers in managing the flow of food service during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Help with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels for food service items.
Skills
- Proficient in food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus.
- Strong background in food preparation techniques is desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including catering services, is beneficial.
- Experience using POS systems for order management is an advantage.
