Job Summary

Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces between guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- A willingness to learn about menu items and enhance sales through effective upselling techniques.
