We are currently seeking an experienced results-driven Store Manager for our location in Tanger Outlets Westgate. The candidate should have a proven history of driving year over year results, enjoys high customer interaction, and has had success in recruiting & developing store teams.

- Proven track record in leading a succesful store team in achieving store and company goals
- Recruiting and networking skills, building brand loyalty
- Develops store team, including the ability to grow talent for upward promotion

- Ability to coach team with specific and timely feedback
- Responsible for managing store and team productivity

- Responsible for all store operational functions
