Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Liaison to act as the key point of contact between our organization and our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in direct sales environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a proactive person. The Liaison will be responsible for fostering relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting our products effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Regularly follow up with clients via phone, email, or in-person to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records and update customer databases with relevant information.
- Assist clients with inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups between clients and internal teams.
- Support sales and customer project management teams by gathering client feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a client-facing, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
