Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Consultant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to earn uncapped income based on their performance. This position is an "in-office" role, near Dadeland Mall in Miami, FL. This role is not remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Contact and engage with leads provided through targeted campaigns, employing inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups via phone, email, and other channels.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Closing Sales: Guide potential franchisees through the decision-making process, effectively closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales leadership team to refine strategies and maximize sales efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the franchise industry is a plus but not required.
