Primary purpose: Install various types of gutters in residential structures.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Gutter Installation Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in installing various types of gutters with precision and attention to detail, ensuring seamless integration with residential structures.
- Team Support: Provide valuable support to crew members and foremen, assisting in task coordination and ensuring efficient workflow on-site.
- Quality Assurance: Thoroughly inspect gutter products for defects and quality issues, employing meticulous attention to detail to maintain high standards of installation.
- Effective Material Handling: Safely transport materials to job sites and unload them with precision, utilizing forklift operation skills and prioritizing safety protocols.
- Surface Preparation Proficiency: Prepare surfaces meticulously before gutter installation, demonstrating proficiency in surface cleaning and ensuring optimal adhesion for long-lasting results.
- Customer Interaction Excellence: Engage with customers and subcontractors professionally and courteously, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the installation process.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strictly adhere to safety regulations and procedures, prioritizing the safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients at all times.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and operational integrity of assigned vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for transportation tasks.
