We also manufacture some products including trusses, cabinets, doors, and granite countertops.

Primary purpose : Assistant in office administration for countertop department.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Communication : Professionally assist and communicate with internal and external colleagues in person, via phone, and through email.
Customer & Team Interaction : Engage with employees, customers, and subcontractors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent service and collaboration.
Safety and Quality : Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Materials Management : Order and receive materials required for manufacturing and installation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Document Management : Review and update ordering documents, including work orders, purchase orders, and stock material orders.
Inventory Management : Oversee inventory for stock and special-order items, ensuring optimal stock levels and accuracy.
Sales & Billing : Create and invoice sales orders, process labor bills for internal and subcontractor labor, and handle credits for returns or account errors.
Workflow Monitoring : Use Trello to track invoicing needs, address order concerns, and resolve stalled movements in workflows.
Record Keeping : Organize and maintain paperwork, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Workplace Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support operational efficiency.
Scheduling Support : Understand and assist with scheduling complexities, providing support as needed.
Leadership Support : Provide backup support to the department manager and contribute to leadership activities.
Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.
