The Franklin Team is seeking an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to work with some of the top real estate agents in Houston!
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who will follow up with prospective buyers and sellers through phone calls, texts and emails. This position can be worked remotely with most time spent on the phone or communicating with buyers and sellers by text and email.
Base Salary Commission
Compensation:$40,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Take all inbound calls and online leads that come into the office through multiple lead sources
- Prospect for new business through follow-up with leads in the CRM
- Make many outbound calls, texts, and email communication daily
- Schedule buying & selling appointments with qualified leads for agents on the team
- Positive, customer service-based attitude and a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities are a must
- Strong attention to detail and personal initiative
- Must work well within a team as well as independently
- Must be self-motivated and persistent
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required
- Inside Sales Experience is preferred
- Must have a Texas Real Estate License
