Restaurant Support Staff

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. Positions include hosts, server assistants and food runners. Must have experience in fine dining/upscale full service restaurants. Restaurant will be open Thursday through Sunday for dinner service and Sunday brunch. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires a passion for food and service, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Whether you are serving customers, preparing food, or maintaining cleanliness, your efforts will directly impact our guests' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but can be learned on the job.
