Remote - Corporate/Civil Litigation Paralegal

This is a remote position.

Welcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a national network of experienced, high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on-demand support for both short-term and ongoing legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now searching for qualified, experienced and dedicated freelance paralegals with strong experience in Business/Corporate & Civil Litigation matters. Remote work hours will range from around 6 - 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities will include:

• Organizing documents and summarizing (has procedures to follow for this)
• Witness list and contact info organization
• Exhibit lists and detailed info
• Review docs received to ensure they have been
  
  

organized along with their procedure

• Strategy memos to begin new files
