Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Goss/Heidelberg and Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers.
- Responsible for quality and meeting production goals.
- Lead and direct a crew of up to four people.
- Pull, inspect, and correctly label all required product samples.
- Preventative Maintenance of equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Able to work 12-hour shifts (7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am) to meet customer demands.
- Able to work overtime as required.
- Effective communication skills.
- Great attendance.
- Possess a good mechanical aptitude and intermediate math skills.
- Able to use hand tools to setup and adjust equipment.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in using rulers, calipers, and other measuring devices.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 60# occasionally.
- Knowledge of how to read machine blueprints and parts list.
- Physically capable of bending, kneeling, standing/walking on cement floors for long periods of time.
Preferred Education:
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
