Payroll Specialist – Landscaping Company
Pay: $29/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM

What You’ll Do:

Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for all employees

Maintain payroll records, tax documents, and compliance requirements

Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and ensure accurate timekeeping

Handle deductions, garnishments, and benefits processing

Collaborate with HR and accounting to ensure smooth payroll operations
What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required

Experience in payroll processing (2 years preferred)

Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance

Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
