About Us
The job is based at our production facility in SODO, Seattle, where the magic begins. We keep things busy, exciting, and delicious:
- 12 farmers markets per week from Tuesday through Sunday (May–October), with 4 winter markets to keep us rolling year-round.
- A bustling storefront in Capitol Hill, open 7 days a week to delight our community.
- A second location coming to U-Village in spring 2025.
- Fresh pastries delivered daily to coffee shops across Seattle—because everyone deserves exceptional croissants.

What You'll Do
- Roll, fold, and create perfect layers of buttery laminated dough.
- Craft croissants, pain au chocolat, kouign-amann, and more that taste as amazing as they look.
- Own the lamination process from start to finish—mixing, sheeting, folding, and proofing with precision.
- Monitor ingredient levels and keep the kitchen stocked (because running out of butter isn’t an option!).
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for action.
- Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve—because great ideas can come from anywhere.
- Support the team wherever needed, proving that teamwork makes the dream work.
Who You Are
- A laminated dough expert with proven experience creating consistently exceptional pastries.
- Detail-oriented, knowing that every layer and fold counts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen where early mornings, weekends, and holidays are part of the magic.
- Comfortable working with high volume of production
- Passionate about baking and always eager to refine your skills or try something new.

- Base pay starts at $20.76/hour, with the tip pool boosting it up to $30-32/hour.
