About Us
This role is based at our SODO production facility, where all the magic happens before reaching our storefronts, farmers markets, and wholesale partners across Seattle. We’re all about quality, efficiency, and teamwork:
- We operate 12 farmers markets weekly (May–October) and 4 winter markets year-round.
- Our Capitol Hill storefront is open 7 days a week, serving Seattle’s best pastries.
- A brand-new U-Village location is opening in spring 2025!
- Our wholesale program delivers fresh pastries to high-end coffee shops across Seattle daily.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute a variety of classic French desserts: Paris-Brest, éclairs, lemon meringue tarts, pistachio domes, passion fruit domes, macarons, and more.
- Work with high-volume production while maintaining top-tier quality and consistency.
- Follow and refine recipes, ensuring proper technique, presentation, and taste.
- Manage ingredient prep and inventory, ensuring smooth daily production.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve efficiency and introduce new ideas.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in pastry or dessert production (French pastry experience preferred).
- Comfortable working with high-scale production while maintaining attention to detail.
- Skilled in piping, glazing, filling, being creative.
- Passionate about pastry and always eager to refine your craft.
- A positive, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Available to work Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM – 4 PM (40 hours per week).
