Supervisor
Our Supervisors are team players who take initiative to set their team up for success in a fast paced work environment. They train and guide their staff to maintain the highest quality of our service and products. We look for supervisors who are positive and enthusiastic to lead, always ready to work with others while supporting and being an asset to the management team.
Other responsibilities:
- Uphold food safety practices and procedures
- Oversee and delegate tasks to team members
- Ensure all displays are constantly clean and compelling
- Review and schedule all necessary breaks
- Communicate any concerns with management
- Report and record waste at the end of each shift
Skills:
- Barista experience is a plus
- Able to teach and and encourage others
- Excellent at multitasking and problem solving

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
