Key Responsibilities
This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, system improvements, and effective reporting solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and setting up the system, supporting testing, data migration, and training efforts to ensure a successful transition from Dynamics AX 2012.
Key Areas of Focus
- ERP System Analysis & Support: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012, supporting finance, accounting departments, and shared services teams.
- Financial Modules & Reporting: Provide expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Organization Management, Treasury Automation Suite (ISV solution), Procurement & Sourcing, and Cash & Bank Management modules.
- Integrations & Data Management: Work with IT teams to support integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O (AX 2012) and external systems.
- Testing & System Enhancements: Participate in testing new features, patches, and upgrades to ensure system stability.
