Job Purpose : Metro Lexus is looking for a Full Time Receptionist. The Receptionist will have a variety of different responsibilities including quickly responding to all internal and external guests and insuring they are swiftly and politely assisted. Other responsibilities include assisting sales, service, parts and accounting departments with administrative tasks that require computer skills (excel, word, basic accounting, email, etc.), stocking the coffee bar and organizational skills. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7 : 00AM to 4 : 00PM.
Job Duties :
- Answer all incoming calls and emails in a timely manner remembering to speak clearly and identifying yourself.
- Return calls promptly that have been left on voicemail.
- Support internal customer needs as requested.
